We stand behind the quality of every item we create and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in new condition
- with tags attached (if applicable)
- and in its original packagingshowing
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be denied a refund
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items marked as final sale
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different is to return your original item (if eligible). And place a new order once your return has been approved.Â

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
